At CK VENTURES, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. However, please note that certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons:
Non-Returnable Items

- Innerwear
- Undergarments
- Socks

- Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure the item(s):
- Is/are unworn and unwashed
- Remain in original packaging with tags intact
- Is free from pilling, stains, strong odors (e.g., smoke, perfumes, or detergents), or visible damage
Final Sale Items:
Products purchased on discount or during promotions are non-returnable and considered final sale.
- Return Approval & Conditions
Returns must be accompanied by a valid reason and are subject to approval by our team. We reserve the right to decline a return that does not meet our policy criteria.
Return Window
Items (excluding final sale and non-returnable goods) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. If approved, you’ll receive a coupon code to use toward a future purchase.
- Return Delivery Charges
- If the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged or defective product), CK VENTURES will cover the return delivery cost in full.
- If the return is due to the customer’s own reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size selected), the customer is responsible for covering the return delivery cost.
- Damaged or Missing Items
In case your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged products, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at ckholdings818@gmail.com to lodge a support ticket.
- How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization number and further instructions.
Note: We offer one complimentary return per order, provided the return meets our conditions and is due to a fault on our part.
- Refunds & Credits
We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, a coupon code will be issued within 7–10 business days upon successful processing of your return.
- Coupon codes are valid for 30 days
- Returns will not be accepted after 21 days from delivery
